Kotan Limited was established in 1991. In 1993, the second factory was set up in Shenzhen Guan Lan, and the next year, the third factory was built in the location of Shenzhen Pingshan. In 1997, all 3 plants were merged at Pingshan Factory. Our services cater for double-side, multi-layer PCBs and the metal substrate in the constantly changing technological and electronic industries. The experience gained of serving the customers enable us to be more adaptable to your special requirement and needs, therefore, small volume is welcome. We also provide turn-key from PCB to PCBA. In 2018, Pingshan's facilities were moved to a new location in Dongguan Chashan.
Dongguan Gaomei Electronics Company Limited was established in 2018 by Kotan Limited. It is located in the Dongguan City Chashan district. With the factory size of 10,000 square meters and 200 staffs , the monthly productivity is up to 25,000 square meters, which can cater the requirement of the mid and large quantities for the high density double layers and multilayers rigid or metal type of boards. Gaomei becomes a key manufacturing site for Kotan Limited.
Shunde Hou Xin Electronic Parts Company Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Haleson PCB Co. Limited. Hou Xin Electronic Parts commenced production in year 1992. It was an intensive labor manufacturing with annual production volume of 25,000 square meters. Throughout the years of improvement, we had consistently converted the dedication of our staff into creating high quality products and have managed to gather customer satisfaction, expanding our capacity and upgrading our production technology as our customer’s demand increased. Our staff is composed of around 200 employees. Through continuous improvement in all areas, we have provided PCB – Professional, Cost Effective and Best Service to our customers, and we have achieved the intangible (total customer satisfaction) in every tangible aspect. Haleson PCB has joined Kotan Limited in 2020.
Hunan Kotan Electronics Company Limited was established in 2019. Corporate has invested 3 billions RMB for 79.2 acres industial land in the Changchun Economic development Zone of Yiyang City, Hunan Province. Expected in the year of 2024, advanced automated production lines and testing equipment will be implemented in the 47,400 square meters of factory buildings. In addition, there are 23,880 square meters of buildings for staff dormitory and research purpose. the monthly capacity goes to 300,000 square meters and annual sales will go over 4 billions RMB. It produces large quantities of one, two and multi-layer rigid and flexible PCBs, to meet the diverse needs of customers.
